5. I use FuxionXHost at http://forums.fusionxhost.com. You need to post to get free hosting. The staffs are very friendly and dedicated. Hosting comes with cPanel and no advertisements. It's the best I have used so far.
6. I recommend Geocities (www.geocities.com) all the way. Basically because it's free, reliable (which makes the difference from most of the other free web hosts) and easy to use. There are a lot of web hosts out there, but most of them have a catch: some will eventually disappear making you lose your time and effort by losing your webpages, others will give you the web hosting service for free BUT will charge you with a domain-name fee or else, etc. The biggest difference is that at Geocities you have the backup of a big company as Yahoo, so you know for a fact that they won't run away all of a sudden leaving you hanging with all your work lost, they have customer service, help forums, etc. Good luck!
