Web Hosting: Migrante WHM/Cpanel accounts from one server to another?

Hello, I want to know how I can migrate all my 25+ clients from my old whm/cpanel reseller Server, to my new one! Right now I don't have root access, somebody can tell me what's the best solution to resolve this problem?

1. Do you have cpanel access to all your sites? You'd have to do home directory backups and restore them on the new server. If you have access to the backup utility - then have it FTP the tar.gz file to the new server account - then use File Manager to extract the files. How much are you paying for your reseller account?
