Who are the better hosts, offer best prices, reseller packages, tech support? umm yea im asking for suggestions from personal experience but thanks on your theory...

1. There is nothing call best. One can be best at one thing but not all. One can be best now, but not in the future. Thing change, for instance, a hosting company can be good when the customers based is small. But failed to maintain the same level of service when it grow big.

4. I've used Lunarpages and HostMonster, and recommend them both for their features, price, and technical support. They both offer a free domain name and you can host unlimited domains with a single account using HostMonster. Other things to consider are the number of databases and web site templates that come with the account, in case you decide to grow your site in the future (Wordpress for blogging, Drupal for content management, etc).
