What is a good reseller host?

Google search just isn't helping me find what I need. I'm looking for a nice reseller host that is affordable. I need something that has loads of space and bandwidth. They must support PHP, and they must have unlimited cPanel accounts.

1. cpanel tends to kill the deal as it cost about $200 a year for a license
2. You could try http://www.midlandtrading.co.uk they have the option to become a full reseller of web hosting and it's free to join. They have both american and uk support and are growing. Not sure if that is what you are looking for but worth a try as it don't cost you anything. Hope that helps.
