How can we publish our website without web hosts(with you as your own host)?

1. There is no way to do this unless you own your own server, one with enough bandwidth to sustain many connections at a time.
2. If you have cable internet or something else that is high speed, then all you need a server and an understanding of how web servers work. You can use either a windows server or linux (which is free) to run your webserver. You'll need an understanding of IP and DNS info. Unfortunatly there isn't a quick solution to your question.
