Free Web Hosts?

: What are some free wesite hosts? I know of ones like geocities, angelfire, bravenet and freewebs but are there anymore? I really dislike the way both of those sites work...and the links leave a lot to be desired *I don't like the how it's so long like geocities.com/username here* Are there any better ones? I also know there's some one's where you can make a site somewhere like freewebs or etc, and then they will host the already made site for a small url like username.tk (.tk is one) are there anymore of those? Thanks! Hope I made sense I feel like I didn't word everything correctly Yet again NOT FREEWEBS! I listed that in the list that I wish to not work with...also templates isn't a must I build sites with HTML ... so I don't use templates....I've used freewebs in the past I just don't care for the changes that's been made to the site **I know the saying "You get what you pay for" and I understand there are tons of good pay for sites out there but I'm a broke college kid lol...even with a job I barely have enough for rent, car ins., phone bill, internet etc. I honestly can't spare 5 a month =(
